MICROECONOMICS is the All-Russian scientific-practical journal that is being published by JSC Institute of Microeconomics since May, 2005.

Journal Microeconomics enters in The list of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and editions, in which the main scientific results of the thesis on competition of the degrees of the Doctor of Sciences and the Candidate of Sciences have to be published. This list has been defined by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

The main task of the journal is the publication of results of actual scientific researches and developments on various branches and spheres of economics.

The special attention in the journal is paid to the crucial questions related to the researches field of microeconomics, i.e. to study of separate economic entities, interrelations between them, the relations between producers, entrepreneurs and the state, separate economic processes at the level of branches, regions, the organizations etc., and also to the analysis of the prices, markets of goods and services.

The journal is being published six times a year. Publications term is from one to three months.
